Non-woven fabric is made from food-grade PP through spunbond hot rolling. Unlike traditional woven fabrics, it needs no spinning or weaving, is breathable, lightweight and easy to shape, and is the leading eco-friendly plastic bag alternative.
1.Non-woven fabric
We use eco-friendly polypropylene non-woven fabric, available in 70-160 gsm. The fabric features uniform texture, excellent tensile strength, high load-bearing capacity and no peculiar smell. It is suitable for many types of processes and printing methods, most scenarios including commercial, retail and promotional applications.
2.Eco-Friendly Upgraded Non-Woven Fabric
In addition to basic non-woven fabrics, we offer a range of eco-friendly modified non-woven fabrics to meet the strict environmental requirements of premium brands, export orders and public welfare projects:
Recycled PET Non-woven: GRS certified. Naturally stiffer than PP, with significantly improved gloss and shape retention after lamination. It is the preferred upgrade substrate for high-end laminated bags, ideal for luxury, beauty and apparel brands.
Biodegradable PLA Non-woven: Can be paired with matching PLA laminated film and handles to achieve 100% industrial compostability of the entire bag. It is a truly zero plastic residue non-woven bag solution.

Silk Screen Printing
Transfers ink directly onto the fabric surface through a screen stencil to create graphics and text.

Heat Transfer Printing
Uses high temperature and pressure to transfer patterns from transfer film onto the non-woven fabric surface, creating a tight bond between the pattern and the material.
Features: High color accuracy, capable of reproducing multi-color gradients and complex designs, scratch-resistant, fade-resistant
Laminated Printing
First prints on high-strength OPP/CPP film (gravure printing / digital printing), then laminates the printed film onto the non-woven fabric. Available in glossy and matte finishes.
