More information about PU
PU, or polyurethane, is a purely synthetic artificial leather rather than genuine leather. It offers excellent wear resistance, water resistance, and ease of cleaning, while remaining soft and wrinkle-resistant. Its surface is highly versatile, capable of achieving glossy, matte, and various embossed finishes, making it a cost-effective synthetic alternative to natural leather.
For custom bag manufacturing, PU is available in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 1.2mm and various surface textures, matching the structure and load-bearing needs of cosmetic bags, storage bags, tote bags, and cooler bag shells. PU supports screen printing, heat transfer, foil stamping, and laser engraving. With zippers, hardware buckles, webbing, and other accessories, we provide custom solutions from material selection to finished production.
