Laminated packaging bags are an ideal choice for businesses to protect their products and promote their brands. Through a heat-pressing process, the film and the base material are tightly bonded together, forming a multi-layered reinforced structure with superior physical properties and visual appeal compared to single-layer packaging.
We offer custom lamination options for three base materials: non-woven , pp woven , and rpet. After lamination, all materials provide practical properties such as waterproofing, moisture resistance, and durability, while also offering bright, vibrant colors and more refined prints.
BOPP film raw material introduction
BOPP film (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene film) is a high-performance laminating substrate manufactured through biaxial stretching in both machine and transverse directions. Featuring high transparency, excellent gloss and superior printability, it stands as the preferred film material for bag lamination.
Features of BOPP film
High-Definition Printing
BOPP film has an extremely smooth surface and strong ink adhesion. When used with gravure/digital printing, it can perfectly achieve multi-color full-color printing, highly reproducing complex colors, photos, and patterns.
Physical Strength of BOPP film
Benefiting from the biaxial stretching process, the film exhibits excellent tensile strength and puncture resistance. Laminated onto base materials, it effectively enhances the overall load-bearing capacity and tear resistance of finished bags.
Water & Stain Resistance
BOPP is inherently a highly water-repellent plastic film. After lamination, it delivers superior moisture barrier performance, withstanding daily splashes, humid environments and high-frequency usage scenarios.
Safety & Stability
The material is non-toxic and odorless, and can be customized to food contact grade specifications, meeting environmental protection standards for packaging.
Common surface finishes for BOPP films
Glossy film: The surface has a glossy and reflective effect. It significantly enhances the saturation and brightness of printed colors, making the design more vibrant.
Matte film: The surface undergoes a special matte treatment, resulting in a smoother, more delicate feel and a non-reflective, matte finish.
Metallic film: A special laser coating or metallic plating is added to the film, causing it to refract iridescent light spots or exhibit a metallic texture under light.
