Custom Dyeing Process

Color Confirmation：
Customers provide Pantone color codes or physical fabric samples, and we match them according to the corresponding cotton fabric material and weight to confirm the dyeing scheme and delivery date.
Color matching:
Professional colorists prepare dye solutions according to the target color tone, and make small-sized fabric samples to calibrate color differences and ensure color reproduction.
Sample confirmation:
Send the sample color card to the customer for verification. Once confirmed to be correct, lock in the dyeing formula and arrange for mass production.
Bulk dyeing:
The fabric is dyed in a vat according to standardized processes, with precise temperature and time control throughout the process to ensure uniform and consistent color in the bulk production.
Color Fastness Inspection:
After washing, color fastening, drying, and pre-shrinking, the color fastness and fabric quality are tested. Once qualified, the fabric is put into storage for use.
